add support for VPC Lattice target groups #191
Description
Hey folks!
VPC Lattice payload is slightly different from API Gateway, which causes issue when trying to use httpadapter.New directly.
This would add a new NewLattice function to transform lattice events into HTTP requests.
This is currently blocked until aws/aws-lambda-go#521 is merged.
