I am unable to deploy and use image similarity ml correctly

Expected Behavior

1. I can deploy it normally using Sagemaker, but when I request the API system to return 403 and the API Gateway Authorization is set to None, accessing the API Explorer only displays one JSON message
2. I have deployed using Lambda architecture multiple times but have been unable to successfully deploy, and the error messages returned are also very vague

Current Behavior

Regarding question 1, I attempted to access it through the API and received a 403 response. However, when accessing the API Explorer, it also returned a 403 response

Regarding question 2, I chose lambda architecture when creating Image Similarity, but I am unable to create a stack
