Publish InlineAgent SDK to PyPI

Dear SDK team,

thanks a stack for conceiving and maintaining this repository. We would like to use the InlineAgent SDK within a downstream project, but we are struggling because the package isn't available on PyPI yet.

We discovered the very task in your roadmap, so we humbly wanted to ask if it could even be around the corner that you will publish a first version soon?
