Configure allowed extensions

Hello,

As documented here, Support for allowed extensions is available starting from VS Code version 1.96.

I checked and found that the current SageMaker Distribution 3.0.0 supports VS Code Version: 1.90.1.

Can you please update the version to >=1.96 so that customers can easily manage allowed extensions?
