Can this setup run in Windows PowerShell

It seems that everything can run except the 2 bash script files:
scripts\attachConfirmUserTrigger.sh
client\scripts\setup.sh

Has anyone done this in Windows PowerShell?

I personally have never used PowerShell before but feel free to open a pull request if you would like to add support for it. 🙂
