Extract domain configuration and store to OpenSearch

As part of this feature I would like to store below configuration in the monitoring cluster.

1. Domain details such as OpenSearch Service version, Number and type of data node, AZ details
2. Once data is extracted it should be scheduled to run a weekly job to update the data, which should be configurable to make it daily, weekly or bi-weekly
3. Create charts and reports to show domain details in centralized dashboards

This will help to get 360 degree view of stack on the dashboard itself, instead of going back to AWS console. Probably call the describe domain on lambda and send those details to Amazon OpenSearch Service
