如果增加文件夹功能管理Rules代理配置和Values值,那该有多棒啊！！ #1035

用Whistle差不多两年了，结合switchOmega 也把浏览器代理玩出了花，配置到全局系统代理抓包也是能满足需要，我自己也写了一些日常工作需要用到的插件，提升了团队不少的工作效率，总的来说Whistle一个非常棒的工具！

非常感谢作者的付出。

建议

因为日常需要开发的项目很多，需要新建许多的规则，这样我的Rules代理配置就会有很多条，每次找都比较麻烦，可以开发一个目录管理Rules配置吗？同理Values也是一样，一个平级目录，使用起来稍微有些不方便！🤭
