"Browse Upstream" action has a name error when used on campus:

caught exception: Traceback (innermost last):  File "/home/jbf/Linux/autoplot_data/fscache/https/github.com/autoplot/dev/master/demos/tools/editor/browseUpstream.jy", line 49, in ?NameError: localRemote

On the UIowa campus, try:

open /home/jbf/project/cassini/research_git/cassini/u/larry/20230510/makeXmlForCdf.jy in editor
editor popup, TeamGit->"Open Upstream"
