About the size of the output ply file.

Hi, thanks for your great job of this work. Recently, I'm working on modifying your work. I made some changes but unexpectedly, the output file was 2 times larger than the previous one, which are 40+MB and 20+MB respectively. And I wonder whether you could give me some suggestions.
