- src/tools/auth0/handlers/customDomains.ts: implement pagination for custom domains retrieval - test/tools/auth0/handlers/customDomains.test.ts: update mock to return custom domains directly - test/tools/auth0/handlers/customDomains.test.ts: adjust assertions to match new data structure
