Allow overlapping domain coupling by calculating friction factors on the fluid mesh based on the THM mesh geometry
Context
For THM/CFD coupling, it is usually beneficial to use an overlapping domain with an exchange of friction factors from CFD to THM modelling. This should be fairly simple to do as long as there is a method of mapping the CFD mesh to the THM mesh.
