Implement CFD/THM multiscale modelling

Build on top of the generalisation of BCs to implement non-overlapping THM/CFD modelling capability
## Context

This will provide a fairly simple use-case beyond CHT, making Hippo genuinely multiphysics

## Outputs

- Generalisation of BCs/variables to vectors
- New examples showing off this multiscale capability
