Add the ability to produce the heatflux distribution without particle tracking

Since right now AEGIS pre-calculates heatflux as a function of distance from the last closed flux surface it might be nice to have the ability to produce these heatfluxes on a mesh without doing a full particle trace.

Not a massive priority but it may be useful for comparisons/debugging against the particle traced distributions etc...
