I think you should be using "custom:atomic-calendar" rather than "custom:atomic_calendar" (hyphen rather than underscore).

You can add mine as a custom repository with:
marksie1988/atomic_calendar

it will show in plugins under "atomic calendar Revive"

I have also merged all pending pull requests along with some other additional features.

I can't publish to the atomic777 repo unfortunately and have tried to get in contact with no joy.
