Add note to README covering case where Mailman incorrectly detected an email notification with an included payload as binary. Share hotfix of explicitly setting text/plain value for Content-Type header.

The notes provided in the README file may be incomplete. I'm troubleshooting an issue where a portion of the email body is being truncated. I'm testing various fixes and once I find success I'll plan to loop back here and update the README guidance accordingly.
