fix: correct table formatting on lines 204, 2699, 2758-2763

Fixes table formatting linting errors found by markdownlint.

Changes:

• Fixed table separator spacing on line 204 (added spaces around pipes)
• Removed trailing pipe on line 2699
• Removed extra trailing pipes on lines 2758, 2759, 2760, 2763

Testing:

• Ran markdownlint - targeted errors resolved
• Verified table formatting is consistent
