ENH: binder in PRs should point to PR version rather than main

Currently, the binder link in the rendered version points to the default branch, however, it would be useful to have the one containing the changes in the given PR.

Note: this needs a bit of investigating that it's supported by the underlying infrastructure, and if not propagate the feature request upstream
