Are we still actively developing this?

The maintainer answered recently here, but I don't know if it's actively maintained. Installation has been completely broken for weeks (if not months)

Thanks for reaching out! I've been really busy lately, which is why there haven't been many updates. As the sole maintainer, I do my best to keep things running, but contributions from the community - whether through PRs or sponsorship, would really help keep development active.

I understand that installation has been broken for a while, and I’ll try to look into it as soon as I can. In the meantime, contributions or any debugging insights from the community would be greatly appreciated! Thank you 🙏

Last time I checked my plugin with website template using payload version 3.24.0 and it was working with no issues, I will try to see whats causing the issue with latest payload version but this might take some time.
