Broken, cmctl has switched to .tar.gz

Provide environment information

Using `mise` not `asdf` but they are basically the same and mise uses asdf plugins.

mise version
2024.5.21 linux-x64 (ef24c46 2024-05-23)

mise use -g [email protected]

Expected Behaviour

Should install

Please let me know if you do not plan on updating this plugin and I'll create a new one.
If I don't hear back in a week or two I'll go ahead and do that anyway.

As a workaround asdf plugin remove cmctl then asdf plugin-add cmctl https://github.com/asdf-community/asdf-cmctl.git allows me to move forward with v2
