This project aims to create a new viewer application for the Volition Package file format.
This application is written in C# using the .Net 4.5 Framwork which requires Windows Vista or later.
To build the application you have to clone the repository and simple build the provided solution in Visual Studio. There are a few dependencies which should be resolved by NuGet.
