Update label guide #2558
Description
The label guide needs to be updated to arviz 1.0. There are a couple code blocks that no longer work, and the last sections need to be (re)written from scratch. Note that these last two sections are the most advanced ones so this is definitely not beginner friendly, it requires an in depth understanding of ArviZ labeling capabilities.
