Halation,Grain and Upscaling #424

Hi, ART uses a LUT for the film simulations. This means that it can only apply "point-wise" functions, i.e. effects that look at a single pixel at a time. Both halation and grain are "spatial" operations, that need to look at a neighborhood of each pixel, and are not possible to implement with a LUT. That's why they are not available in the film simulations. Hope this helps |

As recent addition of Filmsim's, i tried the vkdt implementation of filmsim first and liked but the workflow wasnt for me and WB is a bit messed up. as coming from that to ART, it have been a pleasent ride but i cant ignore the absence of Halation and upscale feature in ART.
As from my understanding, ART is using napari in background for filmsim's. Napari has halation and Grain. there's film grain in ART but i feel like its diffrent from napari and vkdt.
im still new to all these so please guide me if im wrong somewhere.
