Rescue parameters from a program

Good day. I am simple and clearly a rookie who - for worse - does not speak English.
Anyway, my consultation is as follows: I have kept a 'program' with which after many tests I obtained a satisfactory result; The problem is that I did not record the parameters I used and, consequently, I cannot apply them to other projects. I would appreciate that they told me if it is possible to rescue that information.

I have more consultations (and some suggestions of a 'basic' user that are probably irrelevant), but I hate upset.
