After we merge PR #4923

  • Update avd-docs and read the docs to point to new requirements file:
    • ./avd/docs/requirements.txt
  • Once confirmed we will submit a PR to delete:
    • /avd/ansible_collections/arista/avd/docs/requirements.txt
