Adding a release workflow

I know it is early for talking about releases, but I will write it otherwise I will totally forget. My proposal would be to keep the master branch safe and updated to the last release. Pushes to the main branch would trigger the release workflow to create the zips, packages and whatever. Something similar is being done by Elixir.

The reason I bring it up now is because homebrew requires a URL to create the package, and the best way to provide it would be the release tab of github
