Argocd synchronization failed, seeking help

The synchronization of argocd has failed due to the expiration of the k8s cluster certificate midway. After updating the certificate, the health of the argocd synchronization app has been progressing. Clicking on the webui deployment displays the latest tag, but the pod has not been updated. Can you help me with how to handle this? Argocd currently has many deployed services, and what methods can be used to avoid affecting other services for argocd synchronization
