ASCII file saving plugin

Here at ESS we developed an AD plugin that allows saving pixel data in ASCII (normal text format) and are willing to share with the community if someone finds it useful.
We used it for saving trace data coming from spectrometer (along with wavelengths and amplitude corrections). It was also used with recent in-house developments for 8 channel digitizer (CAENELS AMC-Pico8), utilizing upcoming AD 2-5 (based on ADCSimDetector).
Plugin behaves like any other AD file plugin.
Additional NDAttributes can be specified when posting the NDArray to tell the plugin how the data is laid out in the NDArray (not mandatory, defaults might work also, though YMMV).
