Provisional editing documentation doesn't reflect version changes

The current provisional editing documentation at https://arches.readthedocs.io/en/stable/user-guide/creating-resources/ reflects an older UI. The same for the version-specific documentation for 8.0 and 7.6. I'm not sure what version the current screenshots are from, but all versions forward should reflect the updated interface, while the stable documentation can include (a) link(s) for differently interfaced version(s).

I can submit updated documentation, but would like information about when the current UI was implemented and if it has changed in 8.0.

Thanks @yshng if you have some screenshots of a v8 interface to use as replacements, I'd welcome them. Feel free to attach them to this issue discussion. Otherwise, I'll see if a Farallon developer has something easily onhand.

@ekansa Thank you for following up! Sorry for the very long delay on this, we've kind of sidestepped the issue for now to prefer version 8 resource instance lifecycle states. At the moment, these seem to have strange interactions with provisional editing, such that if I create a resource with only Resource Editor permissions, Arches v8 search will show a resource without provisional data in the Draft state AND another resource with provisional data. I haven't looked into it much more than that at the moment, though I will be working on implementing more lifecycle state--based permissions in v8 soon. Given that, in addition to the fact that several key aspects of the 7.6 provisional reviewing do not work, I'm not sure how this item should move forward.
