Suggestions following the BSL license change.

I understand the motivation behind the license change and that arcee ai needs to keep development sustainable, but I still want to raise some concerns I have that would keep me from making contributions to this project in the future:

1. I would like there to be an explicit date set for when the License is changed back again to LGPL for clarity, in its current form the BSL only mentions two years from the date the Licensed Work is published, but mergekit was never published under the BSL, only the LGPL with the license changing now. One can assume two years after this license change. But I'd still like there to be an explicit date which is better enforceable.

2. I don't like subsection 2.3 in the Contributor License Agreement:

3.3 Moral Rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You hereby waive, and agree not to assert, all of Your "moral rights" in or relating to Your Contributions for the benefit of Arcee, its assigns, and their respective direct and indirect sublicensees.

I don't think it's necessary and I don't think it is moral, naturally.
