Specific custom .gif emoji crashes game on Windows

Describe the bug

Trying to view an specific custom .gif emoji crashes the game instantly. This affects the emoji picker, the chat autocomplete, and the chat itself, no matter who posted it.
To my knowledge, this crash only happens for users on Windows; users on Linux seem to be completely unaffected.
The responsible resource pack is provided here: emogg-crash.zip

Steps to reproduce

1. Load the custom resource pack
2. Join a world or a server
3. Try to view the :crash: emoji -> crash

Additional context

This has been tested on an instance with the following versions:

• Minecraft 1.20.1
• Fabric Loader 0.15.11
• emogg 2.0.1+1.20-1.20.1
• Elegantia 0.0.1-beta+1.20-1.20.1
