Finance: Sticky state with deposit when not connected

Attempting to make a deposit before connecting an account sticks the state which is not reset after connecting.

Only tested on Rinkeby:

Repro:
reload app -> go to finance
new transfer -> see deposit button is disabled
connect account -> new transfer
-> Deposit button remains disabled even though account state has changed, note how no balance or max control is displayed after selecting a token.
