Unloading and re-loading the plugin fails to build appleseed hypershade items

Steps to reproduce:

1. load plugin, go to layouts -» hypershade/persp/render view to check the hypershade menu
2. unload plugin
3. reload plugin - the appleseed menu now fails to appear
