8-16 characters
containing 3 out of 4 of the following
a) lowercase characters
b) uppercase characters
c) digits (0-9), and/or
d) one or more of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; .
