Depends on #11.

Agents need to publish usage data from media servers. This will include:

which streaming keys are routing now
bandwidth consumption per incoming stream
stats of each outgoing stream
duration of streams
total traffic outgoing

Bonus:

current CPU
current RAM
current network adapter usage
