[IJ Plugin] support schemas from (possibly external) dependencies

Follow up from apollographql/apollo-kotlin#6408.

If someone publishes their schema to a maven repository, make it so that the IJ Plugin can use that for syntax highlighting and validation.

Potential lead: the IJ plugin can execute a dedicated Gradle task that will write the schemas on file somewhere.
