Extend data fusion integration to support querying metadata tables

Iceberg-rust has added support for some metadata tables, and there is on-going work to support more metadata tables. This work is tracked in #823

But the data fusion integration does not support querying the metadata tables. I have a PoC that extends this integration so that data-fusion can be used to query the existing metadata tables. If folks agree, I would like to send a PR to add this support.
