[BUG] Edit tooltip title not displaying correctly based on threshold type

Current Behavior

In the Threshold page, the edit button tooltip always shows "Edit Periodic Threshold", regardless of the actual threshold type.

Expected Behavior

The edit button tooltip should display the corresponding text based on the threshold type: show "Edit Realtime Threshold" for realtime thresholds, and "Edit Periodic Threshold" for periodic thresholds.
