example: Marimo + Hamilton development patterns

Marimo and Hamilton are both built around stateless DAG execution and are great for interactive data science development.

I intend to create an example detailing my Hamilton development pattern using marimo once #1271 #1275 is merged

I think that 1271 is close -- I have some changes to make on top of it! Will report back then we can move to this.
