How to use the mysql-cdc connector to ingest many iceberg tables with different schemas?

Hi!

Following the mysql-cdc example, we have setup a mysql source like this:

    val mysqlSource = MySqlSource
      .builder[String]()
      .hostname("hostname")
      .port(3306)
      .databaseList("db")
      .tableList("db.test,db.test2")
      .username("user")
      .password("password")
      .serverTimeZone("UTC")
      .deserializer(new JsonDebeziumDeserializationSchema())
      .build()

where test have the schema (id Int, c1 Int) and test2 have the schema (id Int, c2 Int). I'm wondering if anyone have any ideas on how to ingest that stream into two different iceberg tables?
