[Feature Request]: Record Aggregation option in Kinesis Writer

What would you like to happen?

• PR
  • Update xlang kinesis to v2 #33416

With the above change, it is no longer possible to use the producer properties, and Aggregation of records when writing to Kinesis is no longer possible.

This functionality is needed.
