Rename ojph_mem.c or ojph_mem.cpp

Would it be possible to either rename ojph_mem.cpp or ojph_mem.c to a different name? In the ImageMagick project we use a copy of this library in a custom Windows build. Because these files are both called ojph_mem they will both end up with ojph_mem.lib in our build. We now rename one of these files after an update but I wonder if you would be okay with renaming one of these files?

Thank you for contacting me.
The current names are perhaps the most appropriate, but I am happy to accommodate you needs.
How about moving ojph_mem.c to ojph_mem_local.c? or is ojph_mem_c.c better? or ojph_mem_ll.c?
Maybe the last one. What do you think?
