info.log location setting and XDG Base Directory standard

Let the user set info.log file location in config.ini and support XDG Base Directory standard for default location (XDG_CACHE_HOME/calcure/info.log).

Hi, thank you for the suggestion. Sorry for not answering for a long time. I've been thinking about how to best deal with the logs. In general, I don't want to further complicate config with very niche settings, so maybe it could be that the program tries to check XDG directory, and if not specified in the system, just use config folder. After all, this file is rarely viewed by anyone.
