Antlr is a parsing tool, not a transformation system. You will need to look elsewhere or write the tool yourself after parsing and obtaining a parse tree.

Yes I was doing It with python but the parser was not made which failed it.

Use javascript/javascript/ or ecmascript. You can try but they both need work likely. So don't be surprised.
