[BUG] code-review plugin missing in claude code /plugin due to missing version string

Symptoms

• The code-review plugin in this repo (https://github.com/anthropics/claude-plugins-official/blob/main/plugins/code-review/.claude-plugin/plugin.json) does not show in claude code /plugins -> Discover.
  • Other plugins in https://github.com/anthropics/claude-plugins-official show correctly.
• The code-review plugin in the claude code repo (https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/blob/main/plugins/code-review/.claude-plugin/plugin.json) does show in claude code /plugins -> Discover, if https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code is added as a marketplace.

Pls ignore - it's due to corrupted ~/.claude/plugins/installed_plugins.json.
