[BUG] Claude Code keeps exiting on me

What's Wrong?

I am working on a web app. It's a bigger project now. I have a form where a user is supposed to enter country and I told Claude Code to implement a dropdown selector with a search bar. I tell it to start and it's thinking for a bit and then just exits. I tell it to to continue and same things happens. Starting a new session does not help. Version is 2.0.76

I am using a Mac and I am running Claude Code in terminal.

Claude should go ahead and implement what is asked

No error, it just silently fails, showing a prompt. See attached file.

I attached a file where I pasted what I input. I am working on a web app, so entire context is hard to share.
