Bug Description
When I paste rapidly into the integrated terminal it repeatedly jumps/scrolls up and down for a few seconds. Platform: Linux, Terminal: vscode integrated terminal, VSCode version 2.0.31. Feedback ID: e74a52b8-8099-40c5-9878-3d73631dcd9a. Expected: paste should insert text without the terminal viewport jumping. Actual: viewport repeatedly moves top/bottom for a few seconds. Severity: blocking workflow for heavy paste operations.
