Improve ... material is missing in solder ball properties

Description of the current limitations

edb_app.configuration.get_data_from_db(stackup=True, components=True)["components"][0]["solder_ball_properties"]
returns the following dict:

{'uses_solder_ball': True,
 'shape': 'cylinder',
 'diameter': '100um',
 'mid_diameter': '100um',
 'height': '100um'}

Here is the material of the solder ball missing, which is configurable in the SIwave & AEDT GUI.
