Insert component support for "Import Component Groups" #2110

📝 Description of the feature
When inserting a component into a design, NS from that inserted file are not automatically available in SC. There is a UI option on the component tree node to "Import Component Groups".
We need to expose this option somewhere. Either hard-code it on insert, expose it as a component command, or add it as an import option.
💡 Steps for implementing the feature
@RobPasMue @kmental @RyanJWard Has this one came up anywhere else? FluidsOne WF6 tries to insert a Stride file that has NS in it. They are unavailable in the GS, but can be imported in the UI.
