Update tooling to 2016

So a reminder issue and a open discussion to update the tooling.

I want to put some webpack + some gulp to generate UMD bundles and see how can we make it easy for all kind of users (classic ES5, browserify, System.js, Webpack...).

Also "one click" releases.
