[feature request] Optional monochrome / grayscale menubar icon

First, thank you for MacThrottle—it is a very useful utility.

I would like to request an option to make the menubar thermometer icon monochrome or grayscale, instead of the current colorful version.

On modern macOS setups, most menubar icons are monochrome to maintain visual consistency. The current colorful thermometer stands out noticeably and breaks that consistency, especially for users who keep a minimal or system-styled menubar.

Suggested implementation options (any would be fine):

• A preference toggle: Colorful icon vs Monochrome icon
• Automatically follow macOS menubar appearance (template image / system tint)
• Provide a grayscale alternative icon asset

This is purely a UI/UX request; the existing functionality is already solid.

Yeah that's what I say in the post:

The thermometer is filled depending on the thermal state, and its color changes from green to red. I have like 20 menu bar icons and they’re all monochromatic, so the color in the thermometer is very subtle to keep things consistent.

but I guess having a fully monochromatic option would make sense 👍

I hacked the source and changed mine to grayscale in the history graph and menubar icon :-) Only a couple of places to change - I simply made the green/nominal color gray. Yes when the pressure changes to "moderate" or higher the original colors will be used, but for me that is rare so I only made the "nominal" color into gray.

Future feature request - color/theme picker for all (ok, most) UI elements? Waaaay down the priority list, echoing @singularitti - "This is purely a UI/UX request; the existing functionality is already solid."

Thank you! Could we separate the colors of menubar and the panel? I do love the green color in the panel to be presented.
